Business Hours & Time Expectations

Of Note:

On-Site services at the White Lotus Wholistic Wellness Co-Op location must be scheduled no less than 2 days in advance.

Please arrive at minimum 20 minutes prior to for your first consultation and review of the intake paperwork which you should receive from and return to MoonwingMassage@outlook.com or drop by the office no less than 2 business days prior to your first appointment.

Traveling services must be scheduled 1 week in advance. Sites will require a 10 foot by 10 foot open space for a table massage or a 5 foot by 5 foot space for a seated chair massage. Setup and cleanup will require 15 minutes. New client intake forms should be printed via an email received from MoonwingMassage@outlook.com, printing it, completing it, and returning it via email. If the traveling event includes multiple people receiving massage, such as a self care or bachelor/ette party, or business/school event, the sessions will be considered walk-up services with only the host completing the necessary forms.

Cancelation & Late Fee Policy:

In order to ensure timely departure and room reset for each client, please always arrive 10 minutes early for your consultation and dress preparations prior to your session start time. Please note that arrival to your scheduled time up to 14 minutes past your start time will result in a late start, with that time being removed from your treatment timeslot with no refund. Arrival 15 minutes late or more will result in cancelation of your services and you will still be billed the full total for the planned services. This fee must be paid before further services will be rendered.

Cancelations or reschedules less than 48 hours prior to the initial appointment will be charged a fee equating to 50% of the initially planned services. This fee must be paid before further services will be rendered.
